We feel you are never too old to start some form of physical activity. In our school you will learn all the curriculum that every other student will be taught. The difference will be that your curriculum will be adjusted to fit your physical abilities.
As in any physical activity whether you are playing football, baseball, or ping pong there is the potential of injury. We feel that with over 80 years of martial arts training from all our instructors that we do a great job of minimizing the potential for injuries.
